The Roselea was built in 1995 on a 1.9 acres cleared country lot. An additional 2 acres wooded parcel joins the property to the rear. The cleared lot is bordered on one side with trees, providing natural privacy to the side deck, with umbrella table and sunken hot tub.

The exterior of the house is stained cedar with a shingle roof. The house has double hung wood windows and slider patio doors. Large cement porches wrap the house's perimeter with seating to enjoy the seasonal views. Decorative walkways and benches frame the gardens of spring, summer and fall flowering plants.

Dinglehole Road is lined with many different types of country homes. The road does not have sidewalks or public bus service, but with the low traffic and level terrain, it is the perfect starting and end point for both the casual and avid cyclist. Transportation arrangements can be made with The Roselea, local taxi or limousine services. A car is recommended.

A circle asphalt drive gives easy access to the front of the house for guests and the wide side drive provides ample parking.

Propane gas and water supply the zoned heating system in the house. A centralized forced air conditioner system cools the house on warm summer days. The house water is from a yard well, which flows though a purification and water softening system. Hot water is supplied from a central on-demand hot water heater to all showers and sinks.
